Does Total PC Tech have a physical location?
Total PC Tech does not have a shop or physical location. We are simply an on-site service, visiting your home or office directly and solving all your IT problems on the spot.

What are your trading hours?
We trade Monday – Friday from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm, Saturday from 10.00 am to 04:00 pm, and Sunday and Public Holidays are Closed.

Do you service businesses?
Total PC Tech specialises in helping small businesses with all their technology needs. Whether you're moving to a new office, reviewing your first network cabling, ordering and installing a new workstation or server, or maintaining and securing your current computer and network, we can do it all from scratch.

What are your service guarantees?
With our “No Fix No Fee” policy, Total PC Tech does not charge anything from the client if we can’t fix your issue or provide you with a solution. Also, all our services come with a 30-day money-back guarantee for the services we provide. For any reason you are unsatisfied or if there is an issue within 30 days of booking, we will get back to you free of charge to fix the issue.

Do you provide a price estimate over the phone?
We can provide our pricing structure and estimates for straightforward repairs, such as screen replacements, data recovery, or Windows installation, over the phone. However, if the issue is unclear or the client is unsure about the problem, we recommend a diagnostic assessment to accurately determine the required repair and associated costs. Please note that a diagnostic fee may apply if the client chooses not to proceed with the repair following the assessment.

Are you qualified?
All of our technicians are Bachelor of Information Technology or Diploma of Information technology holders. Also certified with CompTIA A+. Also, all of our technicians have a minimum of industry experience of 10 years.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer and credit or debit card payments.

Do you have new computers and parts for sale?
Yes, Total PC Tech sells new desktops and laptops for your customised needs. Also, we maintain a stock of computer parts for your convenience.
